What we are (and aren't)

We are a directory. We list fire protection contractors and display credential information, but we are not a party to any transaction between you and a contractor, and we do not perform, supervise, or guarantee any work. Hiring decisions — including verifying current licensing, insurance, and qualifications with the contractor and your local authority having jurisdiction (AHJ) — are yours.

Content on this site, including code and inspection-frequency references (e.g., NFPA standards), is general information, not legal, engineering, or code-compliance advice. Requirements vary by jurisdiction; your AHJ's requirements control.

Listings

Contractors are responsible for the accuracy of their listing information. We may edit, decline, or remove listings at our discretion, including where license credentials cannot be verified.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the site or from work performed by listed contractors.
